Volunteer Commitment Policy
Rutland Youth Soccer Association relies on the dedication and support of our volunteers to make games, practices, and tournaments possible. As part of the registration process, we require a minimum volunteer commitment of two hours per registered player from at least one parent or guardian.
To ensure fairness and accountability, a $50 volunteer deposit per registrant is collected at the time of registration. This fee will be refunded at the end of the season upon completion of the required volunteer hours, subject to approval by a board member.
There will be numerous opportunities to contribute throughout the season, including event support, and administrative assistance. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers will automatically fulfill their volunteer requirement and receive a refund at the conclusion of the season.
