All discipline matters and complaints, whether involving a coach, parent, player, or referee, must be addressed to RYSA's Discipline Director, Ross, at discipline@rutlandyouthsoccer.ca.
RYSA is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants in our club. We take all complaints seriously and ensure they are handled with fairness, confidentiality, and in alignment with BC Soccer’s disciplinary guidelines.
Examples of conduct subject to review include, but are not limited to:
Any form of excessive physical assault
Language and/or profanity directed at a Match Official
Attempted abuse of a Match Official
Intimidating and/or threatening behavior
Misconduct involving racist or sexist comments
Complaints or inquiries referred by another club or association
We believe that accountability and transparency are essential in maintaining the integrity of our soccer community. Every concern submitted will be thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure our club values are upheld.
