The Rutland Youth Soccer Association mandates that all Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers for our teams must undergo a Criminal Record Check (CRC), even if they possess a valid CRC from another organization.
In accordance with BC Soccer regulations, these checks must not be older than 36 months from the date of the original or most recent CRC issuance.
Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers are kindly reminded that it is their obligation to keep their accepted CRC up-to-date and promptly report any changes to admin@rultandyouthsoccer.ca.
It is recommended that you keep your up-to-date credit information and history readily available when completing the CRC process. The system will prompt you with questions regarding your credit history to confirm your identity. Please note that these are solely security measures, and the CFC does not obtain this information from the Ministry of Justice.
