Refund Policy
At Rutland Youth Soccer Association, we are committed to maintaining an ethical and fair refund policy. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered for medical reasons. A valid physician’s note must be provided to support the request.
Non-Refundable Deadline: No refunds will be issued after team submissions have been made to COYSA.
Processing Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
Request Procedure: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@rutlandyouthsoccer.ca with the subject line: Refund Request. Please include the player’s full name, reason for the request, and any relevant documentation.
Non-Qualifying Reasons: Refunds will not be granted due to:
Team placement or selection preferences
Conflicts with family schedules
Conflicts with training times or locations
We strive to provide as much information as possible prior to the start of the season to help families make informed decisions. While we appreciate respectful inquiries, we will not tolerate rude or inappropriate requests, such messages will not receive a response.
