2024 Outdoor Soccer Registration
Rutland Youth Soccer Association is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2024 outdoor soccer season. We have moved our registration back to Team Snap!
Registration Fees: $220.00/Player
Registration will close as teams are filled. If the division you intend to register for is already full, kindly send an email to admin@rutlandyouthsoccer.ca to be placed on the waitlist.
Team declarations must be in to COYSA by early March.
Our declaration is based on how many players we have registered at that time, we cannot guarantee that we will have room for any late registrations after our declaration.

Family Discount
Families that are registering 3 or more children are eligible for a discount.

Financial Assistance
Families that are applying for funding, you will need to pay for registration in full upfront and once your funding has been approved you will receive that portion back as a refund from RYSA. Click here for Financial Assistance
International and Exchange Students
International and Exchange Students can play in this league ONLY if they complete the documentation required and are approved by BC Soccer. Go to this link https://www.bcsoccer.net/
Volunteer Hours Commitment
Our games, practices, and tournaments could not happen without the support from volunteers. As part of the registration with our association, we require at least one parent/guardian to volunteer a minimum of (2) hours per registered player.
If you cannot volunteer than a $50 buyout per player can be paid. We charge this fee upfront, and we will reimburse this fee at the completion of the season if you have completed (2) hours of volunteer work per registrant that has been approved
by a RYSA board member. There will be plenty of opportunities to volunteer throughout the season. Coaches and assistant coaches are automatically credited with the volunteer hours and will be reimbursed at the completion of the season.
Registration
The full amount as indicated above is due upon registering.
Payment is only accepted by credit card through the registration portal.
No refunds after the first scheduled game, April 20th, 2024.
A $30.00 fee is charged on all refunds prior to the first scheduled game. Refund request must be in writing to: Admin@rutlandyouthsoccer.ca
Player Commitments
The outdoor soccer season runs from mid April through to the end of June with a break over summer. The season then resumes for all divisions except for the U18's after the labour day weekend for the month of September.
All U5/U6 (2019/2018) coed teams will have two skills training sessions per week on Monday and Thursday, Rutland Sports Field R1, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
All U7-U10 teams will have one weeknight practice and will play games on Saturday’s. Divisions are not assigned game times by COYSA until after declaration in late March. Each team within a division will be assigned their own game time which could be 9am, 10:30am, Noon, or 1:30pm depending on the time slot assigned to that division by COYSA.
